On April 6, 2009, the USITC indicates that the administrative Law Judge issued a final Initial Determination on September 22, 2008, finding no violation of section 337. The Notice further states that "On review, the commission found no violation on the merits with respect to the '463, '969, and '551 patents, for the reasons set forth in the Commission’s opinion." The USITC's notice therefore confirms that L&P have prevailed in the case.
